My client is looking for a Backend Software Engineer with strong experience across Java, Springboot, Kafka, AWS, and REST API design, to join their growing development team in Dublin. Backend Software Engineer – Essential Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in hands-on software development, with experience across Java, Springboot, and REST API design and implementation.
• Strong exposure to Event-driven Architecture using Kafka or similar tools.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of CICD, Git for version control, and automated testing frameworks.
• Any experience in Kotlin is advantageous.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with the ability to integrate AI/ML and GenAI into products/platforms.
